Sports keeps you healthy. It helps burn calories and improves your strength and stamina. But these benefits hardly even scratch the surface when it comes to its positive efects on human physics and psyche.
Some argue that sports drains energy and makes people tired. However, this claim has no scientific foundation whatsoever. Sedentary life without physical activity is to blame for the lack of energy. People feel more energetic throughout all day after doing some exercises or playing some sports in the morning.
Exercising sparks the secretion of endorphin that makes us fight stress and pain. But more importantly, sports makes us feel good about ourselves and improves self-confidence. The quality of life is tightly linked to whether or not we make the most of what Nature gave us.
Exercising provokes the feeling of satisfaction for using our potentials and making the most of what we have.
