Politics

The question of what politics is may not be as simple and straightforward as people originally thought. For example, is politics a feature that exists in all societies or is it confined to some particular societies? Is it possible for a healthy society to exist without politics? Do wars and civil conflicts represent extreme political forms or are they the result of political failure?

Does business bargaining over prices, or between managers and workers, count as politics? Or maybe a family discussion regarding whether to spend the savings on house remodeling or holiday? Is this politics?
