It is never too early, or too late, to start living healthy!
The average life span increases throughout centuries, but it's still much less than what medical advances make possible. Contemporary scientists agree that human "expiration date" is around 120 years. So why is an average life expectancy around 70 years? What are we doing wrong?
In a nutshell, it's the lifestyle!
The good news is that most today's diseases are avoidable and that it's completely within your power to feel better and live longer.
People who never get sick are not lucky nor genetically predetermined to be healthy, but rather wise enough to live in accordance with Nature's guidelines.
